Fill in your Services & Pricing sheet

You already have this. It's the sheet we shared, pre-loaded with your current services and pricing, exactly the way your estimate tool prices them today. Here's what we need from you inside it.

  • Add new services, including your SoftWash Systems master list, on the New Services - Add Here tab (the last one). Fill every column and we'll slot each one into place.
  • To change a price on something you already offer, edit it right on its tab: Roof Services, Surface Services, or Add-On Services.
  • Please don't rename tabs or column headers. Your estimate tool reads them by name. The READ ME FIRST tab walks through all of it.

Your maintenance plans (12 / 24 / 36 months)

These take your services and spread them into a monthly price across the term. We've got the structure ready to build.

What we need is your final numbers once you and your consultant lock them in, plus the one open call you were deciding: whether there's an upfront setup fee to cover the first roof wash, or whether that's rolled into the monthly. Send us what you land on and we'll program it in.

Send the answers your AI should know

Your assistant is only as smart as what you give it. We need your real answers, in your words.

  • Your common customer questions and how you want them answered.
  • The basics it must get right: services you do and don't do, your service area, your 5-Year Moss-Free Warranty, and that estimates are done in person.
  • How you want your chat and voice AI to sound: the feel of your brand voice, and the way your frontline team talks to prospects, leads, and customers, so we can build it to sound just like you.

Test your chat and voice assistant

We already sent this over. Open it, and try it like you're a customer, on both the chat and the voice assistant.

  • Ask it what a real customer would ask on both the chat and the voice assistant.
  • Note anything wrong, awkward, or off-brand, and tell us how it should have answered instead.

That short list is all we need to tune them.

Give us the green light

Once 1, 2, and 3 are back from you, two things move forward. You stay in control of both.

A · On your website

Approve your chat & voice AI

Give us the go-ahead and we'll work with Robert, your webmaster, to put your chat and voice AI on your site, along with your contact forms. From then on, every chat, call, and form drops straight into your LNC360™ dashboard, so no lead slips by.

B · Your estimate tool

Start test-driving the calculator

Once your pricing is finalized, we'll hand you the estimate tool to start playing with, likely as soon as next week. Every estimate it builds lands as a draft first, nothing goes to a customer on its own. Run it on real jobs or just test ones, side by side with how you estimate now, until you trust it.

When the AI sounds right and your pricing is in, just reply and approve. That's our signal to take it live.
