  • Every service, priced the way you sell it.

Send the answers your AI should know

Your assistant is only as smart as what you give it. We need your real answers, in your words.

  • Your common customer questions and how you want them answered.
  • The basics it must get right: services you do and don't do, your service area, your 5-Year Moss-Free Warranty, and that estimates are done in person.
  • How you want it to sound: friendly, straight to the point, however you talk to your customers.

Test your chat and voice assistant

We already sent this over. Open it, and try it like you're a customer, on both the chat and the voice assistant.

  • Ask it what a real customer would ask on both the chat and the voice assistant.
  • Note anything wrong, awkward, or off-brand, and tell us how it should have answered instead.

That short list is all we need to tune them.

Give us the green light, then ease in

We can't launch until 1, 2, and 3 are back from you. Here's what happens once they are.

What happens next

No pressure and nothing goes out on its own. You stay in control the whole time.

  • We lock in your pricing, finish your estimate tool around how you want maintenance to work, and send it back ready to use.
  • Every estimate it builds lands as a draft first. Nothing goes to a customer on its own. You or Vince always review and hit send.
  • If it's easier, run it side by side at first. Keep doing estimates the way you do now, and use the new tool in parallel on the same jobs to compare. Once you trust it, make it your main way.
  • When the chat and voice assistant sound the way you want, just reply and approve. That's our signal to put them live on your website.
